After clicking the "PROCESS ORDER" button, complete the Shipping and Billing forms. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing your order information. You will also receive a Confirmation Number which you can use to track your order.

The arrival date of your order depends on: 1) the day your order was processed and 2) the Shipping Option chosen. When selecting a shipping option, you will see the anticipated delivery date associated with that option. The time of the day that the package gets delivered depends on your local carrier. To return a purchase here is what you need to do: E-mail: tvretails.com at returns@tvretail.com to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization(RGA) number. Place your RGA number on the outside of the box containing the item you are returning. Make sure your Name, Address and the Original Order Number is inside the box.
