TVretails.com will take back your order, within 30 days from the date of original delivery. Please note that our 30 day money back guarantee is not applicable on any refurbished products.
To return a purchase here is what you need to do: E-mail: TVretails.com at order@tvretails.com to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization(RGA) number. Place your RGA number on the outside of the box containing the item you are returning. Make sure your Name, Address and the Original Order Number is inside the box. Simply return the box to our distribution center at the following address :
