When will my order arrive?
The arrival of your order depends on the following
- The day that your order is processed.
- And the shipping option chosen by you.
Delivery of the products depends on your local carrier. And sometimes packages can be delivered as late as 7pm depending on the delivery route of you carrier. We can only guarantee delivery on consumers inside US and Canada. Please note that international orders can be delayed due to customs clearance issues over which Tvretails.com have no control.
Did my order get delivered?
If you suspect that your order is not been shipped yet then you can simply contact us with your confirmation number and we can help you trace your order and provide you information regarding you order. Please note that only overnight and specific-day shipping are guaranteed with a certain day. All the other items and shipments are only estimates.
Can I pay by check or money order?
You can pay by both money order and check but we have to receive it before your product is shipped out. Once we receive it we will ship your product.
What if I am not 100% satisfied?
Tvretails.com guarantees your satisfaction and wants you to be 100% happy with your order. Purchasing these products are risk-free. You will be given full purchase refund within the 30 days of your order. If for any reason you change your mind and you do not want or need the product anymore. Please note that Tvretails.com wants you to bring it to our or your carrier’s attention if your product is defected within 2 to 5 business days. But Tvretails.com will not accept any damaged products back.

What if I want to return an product?
Tvretails.com will take back your order, within 30 days from the date of original delivery. Please note that our 30 day money back guarantee is not applicable on any refurbished products.
To return a purchase here is what you need to do: E-mail: tvretails.com at returns@Tvretails.com to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization(RGA) number. Place your RGA number on the outside of the box containing the item you are returning. Make sure your Name, Address and the Original Order Number is inside the box. Simply return the box to our distribution center at:
